A global consumer goods enterprise tracked cost savings initiatives in a rigid legacy system: identical forms for every team, junk data, and approval chains that matched nobody's real governance. I led the move to a modern platform with capture forms tailored to each team, configurable approval matrices, bulk workflows, and BI reporting that stays close to real time, rolled out team by team to a global user base.
Supplier negotiations ran across scattered documents and disconnected tools, and smaller deals skipped the system entirely because the process felt too heavy for them. I designed a single workspace that carries a negotiation through its whole lifecycle, a streamlined Lite flow that brought small deals back onto the platform, approval governance that scales with deal value, automated board scheduling, and a contextual legal playbook.
Disruption during the pandemic years exposed how reactive supply risk handling really was. I redesigned the workflow end to end: flagged high risk materials and factories flow into structured risk cases, each mapped to defined risk groups and standard action plans, broken into tasks with owners and deadlines, and closed with a formal risk downgrade once mitigation completes.
Recurring vendor payments were tracked by hand: spreadsheets, reminder emails, missed schedules rolling up into messy exception settlements. I designed a recurring payments engine from scratch with automated scheduling, reminders, grace windows, and lock rules. I also replaced an aging legacy tool for exception payments raised without a purchase order, and improved a live urgent payments platform so returned approvals resume from the step they left off.
Feedback on enterprise applications disappears into email threads. Analysts spend weeks triaging unstructured input, and users who report issues never hear back. I conceived and designed an AI feedback pipeline: a widget inside the application that classifies natural language input on the spot, a governed triage workflow, and user stories drafted automatically into the delivery backlog. The concept cleared leadership review and was approved for an internal build.
As a project owner, I want my monthly allocation preserved when I adjust duration, so that I do not have to enter the same values again for unchanged months.
Acceptance criteriaA portfolio of AI product concepts I started on my own initiative, each taken from problem framing to interactive prototype to executive pitch. Three of them here: a delivery governance platform that connects fragmented delivery tools, a metrics engine for enterprise apps that ship without measurement, and a story generator that writes enhancement stories grounded in real application context.
